chorulon 5000 ui 5ml can be used to induce ovulation, maintain the functional life of the corpus luteum to increase the secretion of progesterone from luteinized cells.

It can also be used to treat fertility problems.

The active compound is a complex glycoprotein.

hCG is a gonadotropin with Luteinizing Hormone (LH) activities.
In the female, it can be used to stimulate follicle development towards maturation, to induce ovulation, to bring about luteinization of granulosa cells, to maintain the functional life of the corpus luteum, and to increase the secretion of progesterone from luteinized cells.

It also increases the action of FSH on ovarian growth.

Chorulon 5000 IU is used to treat fertility problems:

improvement of conception rate in cows
ovulation induction in mares
Cystic ovaries with irregular estrus cycle, nymphomania or absence of estrus in cows
absence of estrus in mares
