At Vet Ranch Supply, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the invoice date. To initiate a return, please contact us at vetranchsupply.com or email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in original, undamaged, and resellable condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Please note that vaccines, iced items, syringes, needles, and prescription medications are non-returnable.
Shipping charges (initial and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. If your return causes the final invoice to fall below the $350 minimum for free shipping, standard shipping fees will apply.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and secure packaging. Vet Ranch Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing once your return is received. Send all authorized returns to: Medi-Vet Animal Health.
